Her eyes light up whenever Zoe walks in the room and she's nearly captivated by every move she makes.



And Zoe's a pretty great big sis, putting up with all the adoration, including LOTS of hair-pulling...

Last weekend, our grand plans included an outing to a family pumpkin patch down near my folks' in Enumclaw. Thomasson Family Farms offers lots of great diversions for the kiddo set and the girls had a blast taking it ALL in:

Thanks to Nana and Pepere for the fun and help at the farm and for the rescue from the car situ. The girls (and mom & dad) were glad to have some fun in the midst of the hassle!

I've been letting her "swim" to rinse her hair in the tub - it works great and will hopefully get us a little farther down the path to actual swimming than we managed with Zoe at that age.
