Conversation in a playroom

The other evening:

Zoe: Mom, why are you sitting there?

Me: So I can watch you do your puzzle and be near Maggie while she does hers. (said with a smile:) It's called being in two places at once. You should try it some time!

Zoe: Yeah. When I'm a mama.

At least she gets it!
