On the few days when I was at home and able to hit the weeding, I was with the girls and thankfully, it was hot. What a great summer we had!
The best way I've found to be out in the yard with the girls while still being productive is to have a healthy amount of distraction. So our $10 kiddie pool got lots of use!
We don't have a
lawn per se, but we have about 18 sq feet of
grass and the girls make use of every inch (plus some! thank you
neighbor who is *never* home!).
